This week, our Equality Club hosted a panel discussion titled Conversation for Change that was held during 6th period. The Equality Club believes it was an opportunity to provide an open door in order to generate conversation about race, gender, and equality because as a club they feel that sometimes in order to create change, you must first break down walls of misunderstanding and intolerance and truly listen to someone's experiences.
Sophomore, Kenzie Pitchford, has written a news piece about the panel discussion. We hope you have a minute to read it! You can find it here or under the Student Perspective tab under Student Activities on our website!
